Tổng quan

HRBP
Support in updating and consolidating monthly organizational chart of BUs and Departments
Support in adhoc reports as assigned
Learning & Development
Support in organizing and providing logistics support for all training events.
Assist in creating training content and materials to support learning initiatives.
Help track and report on employee learning progress and training effectiveness.
Oversee the storage, borrowing, and returning of training equipments (projectors, flipcharts…) and ensure their proper condition.
Events & Administration
Support bi-yearly Town Hall, Culture Day, Leadership Meetings, employee celebrations, seasonal events, etc.
Provide administrative support related to L&D, events and engagement activities.

Proficient in English (Verbal and Written)
Proactive, ready to learn, willing to support various tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic tracking tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
Able to support logistics and coordination for training sessions and internal events.

Monthly internship allowance: 4,000,000 VND; free parking; laptop provided.
Practical experience in L&D and event coordination.
Exposure to a professional working environment with opportunities to collaborate across business units and engage with various stakeholders.
