Tổng quan

You will be responsible to support the development and implementation of scalable manufacturing processes that meet business, quality, and safety requirements.
You will collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows, layouts, and manufacturing efficiency.
You will drive process improvement projects, equipment installations, and manufacturing startups to achieve operational objectives.
You will provide technical support and guidance to production and engineering teams, helping to resolve process-related challenges and improve standardization.
You will ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and regulatory standards through validation activities, audits, and corrective actions.
You will support new product introduction (NPI) activities by designing, validating, and scaling manufacturing processes from pilot stages to production.
You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze process data, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, yield, and product quality.
You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and best practices to enhance operational performance and safety
