Why We Need You (Mission & Purpose)
Develop and implement sales strategies and sales & marketing programs to increase sales volume and improve dealer performance.
Develop mid- and long-term sales plans, and review and adjust monthly dealer targets based on dealers’ business plans and market conditions.
Develop sales teams and manage their performance, including dealer sales teams, to strengthen sales capability and achieve targets.
Oversee sales operations, ensuring smooth order and delivery processes through coordination with dealers’ sales and finance teams and relevant HMV departments.
Manage dealer relationships and support business development through regular visits, market and competitor updates, follow-up on contracts and customer/fleet opportunities, and support for sales events.
Manage dealer performance in Value Chain activities, including Hino Finance, Hino Insurance and related programs.
Review dealer reports and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management, providing performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
