Tổng quan

  • Production Planning and Monitoring
  • Work closely with internal customers and the Business Development team to obtain demand forecasts and develop and monitor production plans and schedules to deliver against manufacturing budgets, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimized cost of goods sold (COGS), labor efficiency, and achievement of productivity targets.
  • Build and maintain reports related to forecast, demand plan, and production data weekly and monthly by using real time Power BI platform.
  • Coordinate with Procurement team to order materials as needed following production plan.
  • Manufacturing Data Management & Reporting
  • Collect, validate, and consolidate daily production, yield, loss and efficiency data from D365 and factory reports and visual into Dashboard for management review.
  • Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly production review, manufacturing and financial performance tracking.
  • Support data accuracy and reconciliation between production reports, inventory, and financial systems for WIP, finished goods, and raw material.
  • Provide management with timely and reliable performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
  • Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
  • Implement improvement initiatives in production planning processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness to changing business needs.
  • Track and analyze key manufacturing KPIs: OEE, yield, scrap, rework, throughput, and cost per kg.
  • Assist in enhancement of D365 Production & Supply Chain modules and Power BI data flows.
  • Support ongoing digital transformation projects to improve reporting automation and data governance.
  • Knowledge of production planning principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Able to demonstrate strong numerical capability with a passion for detailed analysis.
  • Understanding of Manufacturing challenges and manufacturing performance leverage is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using production planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Power BI dashboard development.
  • Understanding of manufacturing KPIs, cost structures, and process flows.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and design thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability to changing production demands and priorities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and implications from data analysis and reports.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
