Generate and qualify new business through outbound prospecting, developed and maintained strong relationships with clients through telephone communication, client visits, and regular follow-up activities.
Develop tailored sales proposals and pricing quotations aligned with client requirements and operational feasibility.
Draft, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts with clients, and maintain accurate contract records throughout the agreement lifecycle.
Partner with the Team Leader to expand the company's freight forwarding business and support the achievement of assigned revenue targets.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and represent the company professionally to protect and strengthen its market reputation.

Base salary 15 – 25,000,000 VND depending on experience, plus commission on new
business
