Tổng quan

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases before product launches. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
Work with internal teams (Engineering/Product) to understand clients’ requirements and product features, to ensure rigorous tests.
Execute manual testing in a structured, reproducible way
Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
