Tổng quan

Financial Control: Oversee daily accounting operations, reconciliations, and cash flow management
Compliance: Ensure tax filings, statutory reports, and adherence to accounting standards
Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements, and consolidated report
Conduct periodic audits and prepare transfer pricing reports
Costing: Costing, pricing analysis for management purposes
Budgeting: Lead budget preparation and financial forecasting
Leadership:
Lead the accounting team, assign tasks, and monitor performance
Manage accounting staff, provide training, and ensure efficiency
Advise management on financial risks, opportunities, and investments
Must stay updated with evolving tax and accounting laws
Personally liable for accuracy of financial reports in Vietnam and consolidated reports
Coordinate with departments, provide guidance and instructions, and establish procedures for departments to follow
Responsible to and directly assigned by the company's management board
