Job Accountability
1/ Manage learning plan at corporate level:
Evaluate individual and organizational learning needs
Plan and organize training courses, make sure workshops and other trainings are delivered with good quality and meet expectations of stakeholders
Prepare training logistics, coordinate with other functions to prepare the training class
Evaluate, report, learn from experience, and suggest ways to improve the quality of training.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
2/ Manage functional learning:
Evaluate functional learning needs to build plan and organize for key functions (Ex: Actuary, Sales,…)
Provide expertise advice and organize functional training by request
3/ LMS system management:
Administer, deploy, and operate training courses on the LMS system for all employees.
Convert offline lectures into video format.
Seek out new content and knowledge to regularly update the system.
4/ Support Line Manager with assignments related to CL/ HR projects.
