Using NX software to create NC Program (Will be trained)
Using Verticut software to simulate NC Program before get approval (Will be trained)
Select, design tools for machining.
Analyzes and selects speeds and cutting tools for programs.
Responsibility to take care the product during development stage (try out, first article) & ensure projects are completed on time.
Team work to solve problem happened during production and advise on corrective actions.
Work with vendor to apply new technology of tool for development and improvement machining time
