Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and entering orders to ensure order information is accurate.
Track order execution progress and coordinate with local warehouses, logistics companies, etc., to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain the order management system/Excel ledger, and update order status, delivery dates, payment progress, and other information in real time.
Assist the sales team in developing new customers, and assist the Sales Manager in preparing customer visit materials, quotation proposals, bidding documents, etc.
Assist the Sales Manager with other assigned tasks.
Handle customer inquiries, respond to daily inquiries via email/WeChat, etc., and forward important matters to the Sales Manager.
Assist the Sales Manager in arranging customer visits, technical exchanges, business receptions, and other activities.
Assist in handling customer complaints and after-sales requests, follow up on progress, and provide feedback to customers.
Assist with the translation, proofreading, and information maintenance of sales-related materials and ordering platforms between Chinese-Vietnamese/English-Vietnamese.
Organize and archive sales contracts, distribution agreements, order documents, customer files, and other sales materials.
Maintain customer files, and timely update customer contact information, historical orders, communication records, etc.
Compile and report sales data on a weekly/monthly basis.
