Tổng quan

Manage day-to-day supplier quality and communication with suppliers in Vietnam, working within the quality management framework of our China office, and support quality control during new product development.
Conduct supplier quality audits, on-site inspections, and quality assessments; identify potential quality risks and drive their resolution.
Follow up on supplier quality issues, assist with root cause analysis, drive the development and implementation of corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
Record, report, and track quality issues through to closure, and promptly escalate major quality incidents and risks.
Help suppliers continuously improve product quality, production management, and delivery performance.
Work with QA, Purchasing, and Order Follow-up teams on other supplier quality management tasks as needed.
