Tổng quan

Perform testing and validation of complete vehicles and automotive/motorcycle components and systems throughout product development.
Develop test plans, test methods, and evaluation criteria to assess product performance, durability, reliability, and safety.
Conduct vehicle road tests, durability tests, performance evaluations, and benchmark tests.
Analyze test results, investigate failures, identify root causes, and recommend product improvements.
Prepare technical reports and collaborate with R&D, Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Motorcycle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in vehicle testing, component evaluation, or product development within the automotive/motorcycle industry.
Good understanding of vehicle structure, testing methods, and technical documentation.
Ability to use testing/measurement equipment and data analysis tools.
Good English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in vehicle testing, durability testing, performance testing, benchmark testing, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, ECUs, and CAN communication.
A valid car driving license (B2 or above) and the ability to operate vehicles for testing purposes.
Willingness to travel to test sites or other locations when required.
