Responsibility
Develop, implement, and optimize control algorithms for power converters (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC) and electric drive systems, including OBC, LDC, and Inverter for EV.
Design and validate voltage, current, power, and thermal control strategies to achieve performance, efficiency, and reliability targets.
Perform system modeling, simulation, and analysis using MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, or PSIM.
Implement control algorithms on embedded controllers using C/C++ and support software integration activities.
Conduct SIL/HIL validation, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting on bench and vehicle applications.
Collaborate with hardware, system, and validation teams throughout product development.

Qualification Degree:
Bachelor/Master degree in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
Work Experience:
Minimum 02 year of experience in power electronics control, motor control, or embedded control software development.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Strong ownership, accountability, and result-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet project deadlines.
Positive attitude, responsibility, honesty, and high discipline.
Soft Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Work Skills:
Strong knowledge of power electronics converters (AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC) and control systems.
Experience in developing digital control algorithms such as PI/PID, current loop, voltage loop, and power control.
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink; experience with PLECS or PSIM is a plus.
Experience with Embedded C/C++ and real-time control implementation.
Knowledge of motor control (FOC, PMSM) is an advantage.
Experience in HIL testing and automotive powertrain applications is preferred.
Familiarity with Automotive SPICE development processes and safety standards such as ISO26262
