Plan and execute full-vehicle EE testing and validation for EVs, covering Infotainment, Connectivity, ADAS, Diagnostics, Charging, and Body Electronics.
Develop test plans, test cases, and validation strategies to verify system functionality, performance, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards.
Perform vehicle-level testing, analyze test results, identify defects, and verify corrective actions.
Use CANoe and test automation tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Track test progress, document results, and report validation status and key issues to management.
Apply AI tools for data collection, test data processing, and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Software, ADAS, Connectivity, Charging, and Quality, to resolve issues and ensure product readiness for new market launches.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Automotive Electronics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in automotive EE testing or validation.
Hands-on experience with CANoe and test automation tools.
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English.
Willing to travel internationally when required.
Preference will be given to candidates willing to travel internationally to support new market launches (e.g., Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia).
