- You will work closely with software engineers, platform teams, security, and SRE to ensure our systems remain high-performing, resilient, cost-efficient, and production-ready
- Infrastructure & Platform Engineering
- Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Build and maintain highly available multi-environment platforms (dev, staging, production)
- Architect secure and resilient infrastructure for HA, fault tolerance, auto scaling, DR, and multi region readiness
- Standardize platform patterns for microservices, APIs, databases, and event-driven systems
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
- CI/CD & Release Automation
- Build and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines
- Implement automated workflows for build, test, security scanning, artifact publishing, deployment, and rollback
- Enforce quality gates and release controls
- Support blue/green, canary, and rolling deployment strategies
- Improve deployment frequency while reducing release risk
- Containerization & Orchestration
- Build and operate containerized workloads using Docker
- Design and manage Kubernetes clusters at scale
- Improve cluster efficiency, scaling, resource utilization, and workload isolation
- Standardize Helm charts, deployment templates, and platform tooling
- Implement service mesh, ingress, and workload networking best practices
- Reliability, Monitoring & Incident Response
- Build strong observability using logs, metrics, tracing, alerting, and dashboards
- Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
- Improve system resilience with retries, circuit breakers, queueing, backpressure, and failover
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems
- Improve MTTR and production recovery strategies
- Security, Compliance & Governance
- Implement DevSecOps best practices
- Automate secrets management, IAM policies, vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and policy-as-code
- Ensure infrastructure meets enterprise security and compliance standards
- Collaborate with security teams on zero-trust and least-privilege controls
- Drive secure software supply chain practices
- Cost Optimization & Efficiency
- Continuously optimize cloud cost and resource efficiency
- Improve utilization across compute, storage, networking, and managed services
- Build cost dashboards, alerts, and governance controls
- Balance reliability, performance, and cost trade-offs effectively
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner closely with engineering teams to improve developer experience
- Mentor engineers on DevOps, SRE, and platform best practices
Yêu cầu
- Required:
- 5+ years of DevOps / Platform / SRE engineering experience
- Proven experience managing production cloud infrastructure at scale
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform / Pulumi
- Deep experience building robust CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, DNS, load balancing, TLS / certificates, reverse proxies
- Experience with observability platforms: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / OpenSearch, Datadog / New Relic
- Strong scripting and automation skills: Bash, Python, Go
- Experience with messaging, caching, and databases in production
- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and business needs
- Experience building internal developer platforms (IDP)
- Strong background in SRE principles
- Experience with ArgoCD / FluxCD, GitOps, service mesh (Istio / Linkerd), Kafka, Redis
- Knowledge of policy-as-code: OPA, Kyverno, Cerbos
- Experience with compliance-heavy environments: finance, healthcare, government
- Experience supporting high-throughput distributed systems
- Experience designing multi-tenant infrastructure platforms
