As an Engineering Intern, you will support engineering teams in research, design, simulation, testing, validation, benchmarking, and project activities related to automotive products and systems.
Depending on the assigned function, interns may participate in:
Supporting engineering analysis

Education & Technical Background
Final-year students or fresh graduates in:
Mechanical Engineering
Automotive Engineering
Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Mechanics Engineering
Control & Automation
Embedded Systems
Computer Science / IT
Physics / Chemistry
Or related engineering fields
Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have basic knowledge or strong interest in one or more of the following areas:
. Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
. Engineering fundamentals:
. Mechanics
. Strength of Materials
. Statics & Dynamics
. Vehicle Systems
. Manufacturing Processes
. Vehicle Dynamics / NVH / Thermal Systems
Ability to read technical drawings and understand product structures.
Basic understanding of automotive components and systems.
CAE / Simulation
Basic understanding of FEA/CAE or Computational Engineering.
Familiarity with engineering tools (ANSYS, CATIA, MATLAB/Simulink, etc) is a plus:
Electrical / Embedded / Software
Basic understanding of:
ECU
CAN/LIN communication
Diagnostics
EE Architecture
Basic programming knowledge:
C/C++
Python
Java/Kotlin
Familiarity with tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, Arduino, etc) such as: Software / IT / Project Management
Understanding of SDLC, software testing, or project workflows.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or V-model is a plus.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, database systems, or cloud platforms is an advantage.

Internship allowance: 5,000,000 VND/month Gross
Dormitory accommodation and shuttle bus support if the work location is at the Hai Phong factory
Provision of a computer for work purposes
Hands-on training through real-world projects at VinFast
Opportunity to become a future engineer after completing the 6-month internship program
