Tổng quan

Develop computer vision models for detection, segmentation, tracking, and 3D scene understanding.
Build multi-sensor perception systems using cameras, LiDAR, radar, and ultrasonic sensors.
Prepare driving datasets and train, fine-tune, and evaluate end-to-end driving models that predict trajectories or driving actions.
Evaluate performance through benchmarks, simulation, and closed-loop testing.
Optimize models for real-time deployment on embedded platforms.
Collaborate with software, hardware, planning, and control teams.
For Senior and Expert levels: own technical delivery, guide architecture, and mentor engineers.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
Typically 8+ years or equivalent expertise: Deep experience in autonomous driving AI, system architecture, and technical leadership.
Good foundations in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision.
Proficiency in Python, familiarity with C++, and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Understanding of model training, evaluation, and data processing.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, 3D geometry, or sensor fusion.
Familiarity with imitation learning, transformer models, and distributed training.
Experience with simulation, large-scale data pipelines, or MLOps.
Experience optimizing models with TensorRT, ONNX, or quantization.
