Model Lifecycle & Governance
End-to-End Governance: Manage models across all lifecycle stages, from development tracking to decommissioning and ensure absolute lineage and auditability.
Registry & Onboarding: Maintain the central model inventory (tracking ownership and versions) and guide data science teams to adopt standardized development templates.
Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the core liaison between Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Risk, Security, and Audit teams to translate compliance rules into technical checks.
Model Risk Management (MRM)
Risk & Validation Standards: Help define model risk tiers and perform independent pipeline reviews to ensure mathematical, data, and software safety.
Automated Quality Gates: Integrate automated testing, statistical validation, and risk approval gates into production CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Production Monitoring: Track post-deployment performance, monitor for data drift, and execute automated rollback protocols when anomalies occur.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or a related technical field.
8–10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, MLOps, Data/ML Platform Engineering, or related fields, with strong experience in production ML systems.
3+ years of experience leading MLE/MLOps or engineering teams, including team development, technical leadership, delivery ownership, and mentoring.
Proven hands-on experience building and operating MLOps/model lifecycle platforms in production.
Strong experience with MLflow, GitHub/GitOps, CI/CD, Databricks, AWS, or equivalent technologies.
Strong understanding of model lifecycle, validation, governance, deployment, monitoring, and Model Risk Management (MRM).
Proven ability to drive engineering standards and MLOps adoption across multiple ML teams and production use cases.
