- VinSmart Future is seeking a Technical Writer & Training Specialist for the Data Control & Sharing division, reporting directly to the Director of Data Control & Sharing. The division builds and operates VSF's enterprise data platform and governs how data is managed, protected, and shared across Vingroup's business verticals (PnLs).
- You will own documentation and enablement for our data products: writing technical documents and user guides, composing guidelines, building high-quality slide decks, and delivering training and kick-off sessions that help PnL teams adopt the platform effectively.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for the data platform: user guides, integration and onboarding guides, operating guidelines, release notes, and FAQs.
- Turn architecture designs, product specifications, and governance policies into clear documents for technical and business audiences.
- Design training programs and materials (slide decks, hands-on labs, quick-start videos); deliver training, workshops, and product kick-offs to PnL teams.
- Own the team's knowledge base and documentation portal: structure, templates, versioning, and quality standards.
- Support product rollout with onboarding communications, demo scripts, and enablement sessions; collect user feedback to improve documentation and usability.
- Work with architects, product owners, and the development team to keep documentation accurate and current with each release.
- Standardize document and presentation templates; coach team members on writing and presentation quality.
Yêu cầu
- Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years in technical writing, training / enablement, or a technical role with strong documentation duties, for software or data products.
- Solid understanding of software and data concepts (APIs, databases, cloud, data pipelines); able to learn complex products quickly.
- Excellent writing skills in Vietnamese and English; strong slide design, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficient with documentation and presentation tools (Confluence or similar, Markdown, diagramming tools, PowerPoint).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with many stakeholders across PnLs.
- Preferred Skills:
- Background as an SRE or Solutions Architect; AWS Solutions Architect experience or certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience documenting or training on data platforms, analytics, or data governance products.
- Instructional design or train-the-trainer experience; video tutorial production skills.
