- VinSmart Future is seeking a Senior Data Management Specialist for the Data Control & Sharing division, reporting directly to the Director of Data Control & Sharing. The division designs the data architecture, governance framework, and platform that determine how data is managed, protected, and shared across Vingroup's business verticals (PnLs).
- You will establish and operationalize enterprise data management practices, from policies, standards, metadata, and data quality to access control and data sharing, working closely with our architects, product owners, and Data Engineering / Data Analytics teams to embed them into VSF's data platform and AI initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce enterprise data governance policies, standards, and guidelines covering data classification, metadata, quality, lifecycle, access, and sharing.
- Design and operate core data management processes on the VSF data platform: catalog curation, data ownership and stewardship, and approval workflows for data access and sharing.
- Define data quality rules and KPIs; monitor, report, and drive remediation with data owners across PnLs.
- Partner with architects and DE/DA teams to turn governance requirements into platform capabilities: metadata, lineage, policy enforcement, and audit.
- Ensure data handling complies with Vietnamese regulations (Personal Data Protection Law, Law on Data) and internal security policies.
- Coordinate with PnLs to align data standards and resolve cross-domain data issues; support AI and analytics initiatives with well-governed, high-quality data products.
- Advise the Director on data management maturity, roadmap, and operating model; contribute to architecture and design reviews.
Yêu cầu
- Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years in data governance or data management at large enterprises, preferably banks, financial institutions, or consulting firms.
- Solid knowledge of data management frameworks (DAMA DMBOK or equivalent): metadata, data quality, master data, data security, and data lifecycle.
- Good understanding of modern data platforms (data lake / lakehouse, catalog, BI) and data requirements for AI/ML use cases.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills across business and technical teams.
- Good command of both Vietnamese and English.
- Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as CDMP (DAMA), DCAM, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with governance and catalog tools (DataHub, Collibra, Alation, Microsoft Purview) and SQL.
- Experience implementing Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law and Law on Data, or AI governance frameworks.
