- As the Technical Manager – Smart City Software Development, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing the portfolio of SmartCity products and solutions, including Public Safety & Security, Smart Utilities, and Intelligent Operations Center platforms.
- You will ensure products align with market demands, SmartCity strategies, and business objectives while leading cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. The role requires close collaboration with technology partners, internal stakeholders, and customers to drive product innovation, deployment, and commercialization.
- Product Strategy & Management
- Define and execute the product strategy for SmartCity solutions and platforms.
- Conduct market and technology research on emerging trends, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Video Surveillance Systems, Data Analytics, and Early Warning Systems.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Establish and manage comprehensive product documentation, including product specifications, user guides, deployment procedures, and training materials.
- Product Development & Deployment
- Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of SmartCity products and services.
- Ensure products comply with technical standards and internal information security requirements.
- Collaborate with technology partners to integrate advanced technologies and solutions.
- Deliver one strategic SmartCity project in Q2 2026 and complete productization activities to support large-scale deployment in 2027.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and develop the Product Development team.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for team members.
- Evaluate team performance and drive capability development initiatives.
- Present and demonstrate products and solutions to customers, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Governance & Reporting
Yêu cầu
- Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology product development, including at least 4 years in a leadership position (Team Lead, Product Manager, Department Head, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of SmartCity ecosystems and technology-driven product development.
- Knowledge of building and urban security operations, including surveillance systems, alarm and notification systems, fire safety systems, and traffic safety management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong market analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and budget management capabilities.
- Professional working proficiency in English, including business communication and technical discussions.
- Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience delivering SmartCity, IoT Security, Public Safety, or Urban Security projects.
- Experience working with AI, IoT platforms, Video Analytics, Smart Surveillance, and Data Analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Operations Centers (IOC) and Smart Utilities platforms.
- Experience collaborating with government agencies, municipalities, and public-sector stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of large-scale SmartCity solution deployment and commercialization.
