Tổng quan

  • Design, develop, and operate backend services for event processing, workflow orchestration, and task lifecycle management.
  • Build internal and external APIs with well-defined data contracts, ensuring scalability, extensibility, and long-term maintainability.
  • Develop data ingestion pipelines, asynchronous processing services, message queues, retry mechanisms, and fault-tolerant error-handling workflows.
  • Implement core business logic for routing, prioritization, task assignment, workflow execution, status tracking, and escalation management.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to consume standardized datasets and event streams while distributing processed outputs to downstream systems.
  • Integrate workflow engines, automation services, push notification platforms, webhook services, and third-party systems to support operational business processes.
  • Design and implement logging, audit trails, distributed tracing, monitoring, and alerting capabilities for production services.
  • Optimize backend performance, latency, throughput, scalability, and service reliability for high-volume production environments.
  • Design and manage appropriate data models, database schemas, caching strategies, message brokers, persistence layers, and transaction management.
  • Participate in production incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), post-incident reviews, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Apply security best practices including authentication, authorization, access control, audit logging, and data protection throughout service development.
  • Support the integration of AI/ML inference results into backend services while collaborating with AI teams on production deployment.
  • Work closely with Product, Frontend, Data, AI/DS, and Platform Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Contribute to system architecture, technical design discussions, code reviews, engineering documentation, and software development best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers in backend development, debugging, software quality, and production operations.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience developing backend or platform software for production environments.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Java, TypeScript, Python, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, backend integration services, and asynchronous processing systems.
  • Experience working with message brokers or streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and experience with at least one NoSQL database or distributed caching technology.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, API integration, concurrency, and production system design.
  • Experience using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and automated deployment practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and production incident resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional engineering teams.
