- Strategic Leadership
- Lead the overall strategy, development and operations of Hotel Academy. Establish long-term objectives, institutional policies and annual business plans to ensure sustainable growth, operational excellence and alignment with Sun Group‘s business strategy.
- Academic Leadership
- Oversee academic quality, curriculum development, teaching standards and learning outcomes. Ensure programmes are industry-driven, competency-based and aligned with both Vietnamese regulations and international hospitality standards.
- Industry & Employer Engagement
- Develop strong partnerships with hotels, resorts, tourism organisations and education partners to enhance curriculum relevance, internship opportunities, graduate employability and institutional reputation.
- Student Experience
- Ensure an outstanding student journey from recruitment to graduation by overseeing admissions, student services, internships, career development and graduate employment.
- People Leadership
- Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing academic and administrative team. Foster a culture of professionalism, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Operations & Governance
- Ensure effective management of campus operations, finance, facilities, technology and compliance while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and operational efficiency.
- Brand & Business Development
- Represent Hotel Academy with government agencies, industry partners and the wider community. Strengthen the Academy‘s reputation, increase student enrolment and support the long-term development of the institution.
Yêu cầu
- Master‘s degree or above in Hospitality, Tourism, Education, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in hospitality, education or both, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven experience in academic leadership, organisational management and curriculum development.
- Experience in hospitality operations, vocational education or talent development is highly desirable.
- Experience in pre-opening, institutional development or large-scale education projects is an advantage.
