  • Develop and implement comprehensive admission and marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets and institutional goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and maintain competitiveness in the education sector.
  • Lead, train, and guide the admissions and marketing teams to ensure high performance.
  • Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans for The HUB Hotel, ensuring alignment with its vision, mission, and business objectives.
  • Manage the entire student recruitment process, from identifying prospective students to guiding them through the application process.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to attract prospective students and increase applications.
  • Organize and lead admissions events, including open houses, webinars, campus tours, and recruitment fairs.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, print, and online advertising.
  • Maintain and strengthen the institution’s brand image and messaging, ensuring consistency with its mission and vision.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to produce brochures, videos, newsletters, and other promotional content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on admission and marketing performance, including conversion rates, traffic, and enrollment trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve recruitment processes.
  • Monitor admission and marketing budgets to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Build relationships with school counselors, educational agents, and community partners to increase visibility and student applications.
  • Work with academic departments to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect program offerings.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment and marketing strategies with institutional goals.
  • Stay current with higher education marketing and student recruitment trends, incorporating relevant tools, platforms, and approaches.
  • Evaluate and implement technologies and processes to improve admissions efficiency and the student experience.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field within the education sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in hospitality and education is highly preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of marketing techniques and digital channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and student management systems.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative, innovative, results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
