Tổng quan

  • Conduct supplier competency survey
  • Annually send the questionnaire to suppliers to survey their quality control competency.
  • Collect their feed-back and certificates.
  • Record all relevant data, key in SMD’s files, ensure all documents collected are available for use.
  • Make an ad-hoc and regular reports to Managements.
  • Report in case of finding any non-conformity and propose solutions to Managements.
  • Comprehend the questionnaire/procedure and apply it properly while working with Suppliers/ Merchandisers
  • Manage the products testing control competency of suppliers
  • Grasp requirement of related procedure/WI and implement accordingly.
  • Study Vietnamese regulations relevant to food safety criteria including micro-bio, heavy metal, plant protective drug, …
  • Evaluate the products testing control competency of suppliers by scoring and rating – follow procedure/WI
  • Comprehend the procedure/WI and apply it properly while working with Suppliers/ Merchandisers
  • Manage on suppliers’ product quality (quality issue, quality at receipt…)
  • Grasp requirement of related procedure/WIs and implement accordingly.
  • Self-check/collect data from related department.
  • Summary and evaluate the data, clarify any unclear point, study the reason in case of issue happen and report to Managements.
  • Conduct audit suppliers (Vegetables/Fruits/Seafoods/Meats or Prepackaged food)
  • Grasp requirement of suppliers on-site/off-site audit, all related WIs and implement accordingly.
  • Self study to understand regulations relevant to audited product (group) and prepare all administrative procedures before auditing
  • Conduct on-site/off-site audit suppliers.
  • Make an ad-hoc and regular reports. Announce the audit results to suppliers, follow up their corrective action request
  • Record detention.
  • Report in case of finding any non-conformity while applying the checklist and propose solutions to Managements.
  • Check quality documents of products
  • Study related regulations.
  • Develop the required document based on Vietnam regulation.
  • Check documents and labelling according to SMD’s work instruction and make a transparent feedback in SMD’s file and follow a response timeline to departments sending products.
  • Comprehend procedure and apply it properly while working with Merchandisers and Suppliers.
  • Report in case of finding any non-conformity and provide operation related solutions to superiors.
  • Collect and manage quality documents of products
  • Collecting documents according to the required documents and key in SMD’s file.
  • Review the list of nearly expired product to Merchandisers and solve them according to procedure.
  • Ensure all documents collected are available for use.
  • Report in case of finding any non-conformity and provide operation related solutions to superiors
  • Update law documents
  • Periodically update the validity of the legal documents available in the law system of SMD and update new law/regulations belong to Supplier Control’s scope.
  • Research and present for team as assigned.
  • Tasks belonging to Supplier Control’s scope.
  • Conduct supplier competency survey (10%)
  • Manage the products testing control competency of suppliers (15%)

Yêu cầu

  • University degree.
  • Minimum 01 year working in the relevant food area.
  • Have a knowledge of Vietnamese regulation on labelling, food safety and hygiene, announcement document for circulation of Vietnamese market, certificate of condition eligible facility for food safety
  • Have knowledge of HACCP principle, Quality Management System, traceability mock-up and testing program
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication, time management skill, problem solving skill
  • Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Careful, accountable, responsible
