- Training Cashier & CS skills for all store
- Trainining for staff in new store and new member.
- Re training for staff in current store.
- Make and update manual for store. Training staff by manual.
- Decreasing mistake of service at all stores:
- Check custormer survice, cashier skill for each store.
- Listen to the store staff , find out the problem and propose a solution.
- Listen to customer's opinions, propose solutions, propose to superiors.
- Support new store opening:
- Modify, update training document, organize the training class, make to do list etc
- Support open and closing store.
- Make and check DWS for all store for each department
- Improving a long queue at Cashier counter.
- Proposal standard work schedule of cashier & CS.
- Improvement and Innovation of Cashier & CS.
- Training and Development of Cashier & CS skill in store.
- Manpower management.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 02 years of related experience, working in Cashier or CS manufacturing.
- Had experience to manage team.
- Good communication skills
- Strong sense of aestheticism
- Good communication skill
- Good command of spoken English
- Detail oriented and be able to handle multi- tasks.
- Good planning, organizing and time-management skills
- Strong leadership and excellent relationship management
- Be able to work in shift & public holidays.
