Tổng quan

  • Check and control the quality and sanitary conditions of manufactured products according to QC standard of AVN.
  • Check food safety hygiene at each production site to make sure complies with the regulations as schedule (Defined by direct superior).
  • Submit and instruct employees on food safety and sanitation knowledge, new procedures and regulations.
  • Guide & check the store to implement 5S.
  • Prepare documents to support each manufacturer to face DOIT inspections related to food safety.
  • Any reports & tasks are assigned by DL, Department managers
  • Check food hygiene and safety at each production site at least once a week follow up the QAA checklist.
  • '- Ensure compliance with regulations by each manufacturer and each employee
  • Training for Processing center staff on food safety.
  • '- Prepare documents to apply for food hygiene and safety certificates.
  • Support Inspecting the quality of product delivered by CK-GK on a regular basis.
  • Inspect the quality of goods delivered by suppliers on a regular basis.
  • Check and make the internal hygiene checklist report by weekly, report and suggest solution for improve hygiene situation for related department.
  • Conduct the internal hygiene audit checklist at operation side periodically to ensure compliance with regulatory laws or international standards in Food Safety according to Instore checklist of Aeon Group.
  • Monitoring to conduct the PMP programe at store and impulse of quality management at company to ensure the quality consistency of the products: testing product, labeling…
  • Hold and training FSH knowledge for all Foodline staff.

Yêu cầu

  • College degree equivalent.
  • Prefer 2 years experience in QC department in food factory or processing central
  • Had a good experience to build up the quality procedure.
  • Transportation of working area factory to factory
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure
  • Good communication skill.
  • Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
  • Good planning, organizing and time-management skills.
  • Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work
