- Business Planning: Develop regional growth strategies, driver acquisition plans, and operational KPIs to support expansion across multiple markets
- Compensation & Incentives: Design and implement driver compensation, incentive, and reward programs tailored to service models and business objectives
- Customer Retention: Build and optimize promotional policies to attract and retain customers, balancing revenue growth with cost efficiency
- Supply-Demand Optimization: Manage and optimize supply-demand balance for 2W and 4W services, ensuring efficient driver allocation, pricing logic, and customer experience
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Data Analytics, and Tech teams to refine pricing, dispatch logic, and operational metrics (AR, CR, TpD)
- Data Analytics & AI: Lead advanced analytics initiatives including fraud detection, credit scoring, CLV segmentation, and marketing mix modeling
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all AI/ML frameworks meet internal governance standards and regional regulatory requirements
