- Analyze sales, operations, and performance data in depth to diagnose root causes, identify trends and anomalies, and derive actionable insights.
- Translate analytical findings into structured improvement plans and data-driven guidelines aligned with the sales execution strategy
- Apply established sales and management KPIs, using structured analytical logic to measure, track, and report on operational effectiveness
- Build, maintain, and update daily/weekly dashboards and database-driven analytical tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) to support operational project execution and decision-making.
- Monitor daily sales and store operations performance, tracking KPIs regularly to detect operational issues and prepare follow-up reports.
- Provide timely analytical support and assist in executing improvement initiatives to help underperforming store areas achieve targets.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, store operations, and performance measurement indicators in retail/CVS.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques to extract insights from sales, POS, and inventory metrics.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to write concise operational reports for cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills to convey data insights clearly to internal stakeholders, including Store Operations and Category teams.
- Analyzing business information using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) to derive insights.
- Tracking, updating, and maintaining operational KPI dashboards and regular monitoring reports.
- Participating in project execution and operational improvement initiatives within sales or retail store networks.
- Supporting the execution and tracking of sales and operational action plans
- Gathering data and assisting in analysis related to store performance, market trends, or promotional activities.
- Strong presentation skills and report writing abilities.
- Techniques for clearly communicating sales datas, insights, and performance to stakeholders, including senior management.
