- Managing the end-to-end operational execution of commodity contracts from confirmation through to final delivery and settlement.
- Coordinating with suppliers, customers, shipping lines, agents, surveyors, banks and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
- Monitoring shipment schedules and overseeing all aspects of trade execution across bulk and container markets.
- Preparing, reviewing and managing trade documentation, including Letters of Credit and other shipping and contractual documentation.
- Tracking accruals, contract costs, invoicing and payments to support effective commercial outcomes.
- Identifying, escalating and helping resolve operational, contractual and financial risks.
- Maintaining accurate contract and shipment records across company systems and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and internal policies.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance execution efficiency and stakeholder experience.
