Tổng quan
- Manage and support IT infrastructure: Laptop, Desktop, Printer, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VOIP.
- Provide end-user support and maintain office IT equipment.
- Install, configure and maintain OS and applications (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Administer Microsoft 365 (users, licenses, email, Teams, SharePoint).
- Monitor systems and networks; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Operate and support VoIP/telephone systems.
- Manage IT assets and inventory.
- Implement and maintain IT controls in compliance with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
