  • Overview
  • We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Lead to take technical ownership of our AI Assistant Platform — a core product integrating cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation, and multi-channel communication (web, mobile, API).
  • Your mission is to design and lead the development of a scalable, intelligent, and secure AI infrastructure that empowers businesses with personalized automation and conversational intelligence.
  • Define and drive the architecture of multi-tenant SaaS platform covering ERP, finance, and accounting modules.
  • Ensure financial data integrity, audibility, and compliance across billing, invoicing, and accounting workflows.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 2+ years in a lead or senior engineering role.
  • Proven expertise in Python
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integrations, including LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
  • Strong understanding of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and real-time communication protocols (WebSocket, STOMP).
  • Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems, experience designing or building ERP-grade systems with complex business workflows, approval flows, and role-based access control.
  • Proven experience building and scaling SaaS products, including multi-tenant architecture, tenant data isolation, and subscription/licensing management
  • Prior experience working on billing, invoicing, payment, fintech, or accounting software products.
  • Experience with ERP platforms or frameworks (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, MISA, Microsoft Dynamics) or building custom ERP modules.\Experience with event-driven architecture, CQRS/Event Sourcing for financial transaction systems.
  • Experience with data warehousing and reporting/BI tools for financial dashboards.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, CPA/ACCA knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience building multi-tenant SaaS or AI-driven products.
  • Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.) and prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance for AI systems.
  • Previous experience working with RAG-based architectures or AI workflow orchestration.
