- 📍 Location: Bình Thạnh, Ho Chi Minh City
- 🕒 Working model: Full-time
- 👤 Reports to: Tech Lead / Engineering Manager
Yêu cầu
- ERP Domain Knowledge (General)
- Understanding of at least one additional ERP domain: Finance/Accounting, SCM, Manufacturing, HRM, or Logistics.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party platforms (payment gateway, banking APIs, tax systems, marketplace, 3PL).
- Familiarity with core ERP concepts: Master Data, BOM, MRP, Inventory valuation, Order lifecycle.
- Experience with ERP platforms with strong accounting capabilities: Odoo Accounting, SAP FI, Microsoft D365 Finance, or ERPNext is a strong plus.
- Software Design Principles
- OOP, Design Patterns
- Event-driven Architecture
- Microservices
- Message Queue systems
- Clean Architecture
- Database Experience
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis
- Schema design, query optimization, indexing, performance tuning, data migrating.
- Hands-on Experience
- RESTful API, GraphQL API, or gRPC API development
- WebSocket / Server-sent events
- Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Unit testing frameworks: pytest, unittest
- Message queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Strong understanding of backend security and performance best practices.
- Experience with Frappe Framework or Odoo (Accounting module preferred).
- Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS), or IFRS.
- Packaging & distribution experience: seed data, licensing/subscriptions, install wizards.
- Integration with datamart/reporting systems: ClickHouse, Metabase, Power BI.
- Strong understanding of web security (OWASP), RBAC/ABAC, object-level permission models.
- Python, Microservices Architecture, API, SQL, Database, ERP
