Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track expenses to avoid overruns.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve project-related challenges promptly and effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper project handover.
