- As the Regulatory Manager, you will lead and manage the local regulatory team to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate guidelines. - Regulatory Policy
- Lead and direct the local Regulatory team to provide internal and external customers with compliant product safety and regulatory expertise
- Identify emerging regulatory and legislative developments that may impact the business
- Advise business stakeholders on risks associated with safety and regulatory changes
- Interpret and implement applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate business risks
- Coordinate product stewardship activities and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Processes & Systems
- Develop and execute systems and infrastructure to support key regulatory compliance and product safety initiatives
- Coordinate with global Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety (RAPS), and Model Office teams on process improvements and harmonization
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of regulatory databases and documentation
- External Relations
- Represent Givaudan at industry associations, regulatory forums, and external stakeholder meetings
- Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and industry partners
- People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop local Regulatory team members to achieve business and functional objectives
- Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members and new hires
- Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and development
- Manage team priorities, resources, and performance to ensure effective service delivery
