Tổng quan
- Prepare and process export shipping documents (SI/HBL/MBL/AMS/insurance cert...)
- Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, and CS team for timely documentation issue, sending pre-alert to oversea agents, ect.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all documents
- Follow up shipment status and support operations when required
- Communicate with overseas partners and customers (Korean speaking preferred)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
