IT Strategy & Planning (30%)
Strategy & Governance
Define and execute the IT strategy for GBC Engineers' regional offices in alignment with
business objectives and group IT standards.
Coordinate with German HQ IT team on group-wide technology initiatives, standards, and
Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Manage the IT budget across all offices; ensure cost-effective procurement and resource
allocation.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and systems to improve operational
efficiency.
Infrastructure, Security & Operations (40%)
Systems & Infrastructure
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure including
servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user systems.
Ensure maximum availability, performance, and reliability of all IT systems and services across
all office locations.
Lead IT security strategy including data protection policies, access controls, backup
procedures, and incident response.
Manage vendor and service provider relationships; negotiate contracts and SLAs to ensure
quality delivery.
Team Leadership & Service Delivery (30%)
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team across all locations; set clear performance objectives
and conduct regular reviews.
Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and SOPs to ensure consistent and compliant
service delivery.
Oversee IT helpdesk and support operations; ensure timely resolution of issues and high user
satisfaction.
Plan and manage IT projects including office setup, system upgrades, and migrations from
initiation to completion.
