Tổng quan

IT Operation
Install, configure, add or upgrade and maintain computers, file servers, ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems
Plan periodic maintenance, repair, upgrade and recommend purchases of computers, peripheral equipment, network hardware and software
Coordinate with GIT (group IT) to centralize the IT infrastructure
Manage and resolve ticket service requests
System administration (Manage servers and user accounts, handle backups and system updates.
Monitor real-time monitoring dashboards and alerts to identify and analyze IT operational issues.
IT Compliance & Document Management
Coordinate with Internal Audit, and regulators to ensure readiness, evidence quality, and effective response to findings.
Support the development, maintenance, and communication of IT policies, procedures, and governance guidelines.
Handle additional administrative and documentation tasks for the department as assigned
Other M&E tasks
Basic installation of conduits and cable trays (Trunking & Conduit), Cable pulling and connection (Cabling & Termination), Installation of peripheral equipment (AV & Hardware Installation)
