As an Information Security Service Delivery, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Service Delivery Management:
Oversee SLA monitoring, incident and problem management, service requests, and change management using ServiceNow.
Administer procurement and contract management for security tools and services.
Coordinate with BISOs and business units to ensure timely delivery and resolution of service issues
Automation & Innovation:
Lead the automation of monitoring use cases, triage processes, and remediation workflows for security tools.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy enhancements in ServiceNow modules, including incident ticket lifecycle and service offering categorization.
Drive continuous improvement through the deployment of automation in Incident Response (IR) and threat intelligence delivery.
Metrics & Reporting:
Define and track KPIs and KRIs for service performance and risk posture.
Deliver monthly Service Delivery Reports covering incident trends, SLA adherence, and asset inventory.
Implement dashboards for real-time visibility into vendor risk status and service health.
ServiceNow Operations:
Manage ServiceNow workflows for incident handling, risk assessments, and CMDB updates.
Coordinate enhancements to ServiceNow modules to improve usability and lifecycle control.
Ensure accurate asset inventory and configuration data is maintained and extracted for reporting.

8+ years in Information Security or Service Delivery.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SecOps, CMDB).
Strong understanding of SLA frameworks, metrics, and reporting.
Proven track record in automation and process improvement.
Certifications preferred: ITIL, CISSP, CISM, ServiceNow Admin.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to handle English documents and communicate independently with clients
