Execute business quality and first‑line risk control frameworks within assigned scope.
Ensure monitoring of sales quality and risks through data‑driven approaches, supported by analysis and risk judgement.
Provide accurate data, reporting and risk insights to support governance oversight and decision‑making.
Support continuous improvement of business quality execution through issue analysis, escalation, and follow‑up.
Execute business quality assurance reviews and risk controls in line with approved frameworks and policies.
Build, operate, and maintain dashboards, KRIs, and monitoring tools based on defined risk logic and standards.
Process, validate, and analyse data to identify trends.
Monitor indicators and flag anomalies.
Track incidents, control breaches, and audit findings within assigned scope.
Support audits, governance reviews, and regulatory requests.
Act as working‑level liaison with stakeholders.
Support risk awareness training and communication to first‑line teams.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
