A senior business analyst is responsible for getting, planning, managing, and executing business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle. This includes defining the scope, requirements, and deliverables, conducting research and analysis, facilitating requirement gathering sessions/workshops and meetings, creating and validating models and documents, and ensuring quality and alignment…
Act as a bridge between the business and the technical teams, translating business needs into functional specifications, and providing guidance and support to the developers and testers.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders (IT teams, clients, Vendors, Application supports, etc.) to identify business needs, carry out necessary processes, establish good rapport for the success of the project.
Participate in multi projects simultaneously while having to judge each of them.
Additionally, a senior business analyst mentors, coaches and lead business analysts, and contributes to the improvement of business analysis processes and methods.
