- Design, build and optimize Data Products using a medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to support business reporting, analytics and AI use cases.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, workflows and data transformations using Databricks, SQL, Python/PySpark and Delta Lake.
- Design and manage reusable data models, business metrics and semantic layers to enable consistent data consumption across teams.
- Establish and maintain data governance standards through Unity Catalog, including metadata, lineage, ownership and access controls.
- Improve data quality, freshness, observability and trustworthiness through monitoring, validation and automated testing.
- Configure, maintain and continuously improve Databricks Genie by defining business context, trusted queries, benchmark questions and evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, SMEs, platform and AI teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
- Produce clear technical documentation and ensure solutions are maintainable and reusable.
