- Manage, organize the implementation of recruitment plan responding on business needs and under the decentralization
- Build up candidates data
- Develop relations with recruitment partners
- Update and report labor market information and trends, recruitment situation of its business field
- Analyze, report about effectiveness of recruitment evaluation.
- Coordinate with departments, Regional HR Deputy Director & HR Director - Operations to determine regularly or irregularly HR plans, update recruitment plans and recruitment budget as roster
- Manage database, analyze, and make report about HR plans.
- Coordinate the development of content, including visuals, copy, and videos, for recruitment campaigns across online social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Design POSM materials for recruitment communication campaigns, such as standees, backdrops, and other promotional materials.
- Develop ideas and produce creative content to increase employer brand awareness on TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Participate in developing periodic employer branding communication campaigns, either monthly or for specific recruitment needs.
- Support the planning and preparation of job fairs at universities, employment service centers, and other relevant venues.
- Monitor the performance of published recruitment content based on engagement, reach, and application numbers.
- Assist in giving the ideas to elaborate strategy and implement the plan to build up talent pool strategy, promote employer branding
- Assist in elaborating and completing recruitment tools/solutions and recruitment management system: synthesis and update candidates data system, recruitment process, interview guide, test tools system and evaluate candidates, communication tools,….
- Elaborate and update standard HR structure, job list and job description system
- Implement training and guide about recruitment process, tools and solutions
- Manage and evaluate the quality of service supplier related (communication services, evaluation service,…).
- Proficient in recruitment procedures, interview tools/ evaluation/negotiation in recruitmenting
- Following, synthesis and analysis large data
- Proficient in organizing activities and following the implementation for result –oriented goals
- Strong content writing and production skills, with the ability to stay updated on trends across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficient in using design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, etc.
