- Manage overall Omni-channel operations to ensure operational performance meets assigned objectives. Take full responsibility for supervising, coordinating, and optimizing projects and initiatives within the Omni-channel Operations function, ensuring service consistency and operational efficiency through effective project governance and disciplined execution.
- Operations Key Task Management
- In-store Operations:
- o Engage in the development and deployment of Omni-channel processes, ensuring seamless integration of online and in-store activities.
- o Manage all Omni operational process related to in-store fulfillment, order handling, receiving and dispatching to meet operational KPIs.
- o Provide insightful analysis of business and operation management results, performing ad-hoc analyses to identify problems and recommend improvements.
- o Analyze existing operational processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and automation.
- o Measure and ensure the adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system-related procedures by teams, identifying and addressing gaps during store visits.
- Logistics & Last-Mile Delivery:
- o Manage and optimize last-mile delivery processes to ensure timely and SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- o Coordinate with Logistics Partners to streamline delivery operations and reduce costs.
- o Implement technology solutions to enhance tracking, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Improvement & Efficiency
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps across customer channels and operational workflows.
- Propose and support the implementation of operational improvement initiatives, including process automation, system integration, and workflow optimization.
- Cross-Channel Coordination
- Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional teams (e.g., Store Operations, IT, Marketing, Merchandise, Customer Service) to ensure cohesive execution of omni-channel operations strategies.
- Act as a central point of contact to align priorities, timelines, and dependencies across departments.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, executive summaries, and performance reports to provide visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Utilize data and insights to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement across operations.
- Resource & Budget Management
- Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization across projects and initiatives.
- Assist in budget planning, tracking, and cost control for omni-channel operations initiatives.
- Knowledge:
- Best knowledge of operation at ecommerce, hyper market / retailer and Omni Channel business
- Proficient in operations project management
- Experience:
- At least 4-6 years experience in operation at ecommerce platforms, hyper market or retailer. Omni channel or E-commerce experience is preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related field
- Language: English
- Office skills: MS Office, Operation system like POS, OMS, Picking App, LMS
- Attitude: honesty, high responsibility, can-do attitude
