Tổng quan

  • Take end-to-end ownership of features, covering requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring.
  • Work directly with clients to clarify requirements, present technical options and trade-offs, and recommend solutions.
  • Develop across the stack, including backend, frontend, data and AI components (Go, Python, Java, Node.js).
  • Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (AWS/GCP, Terraform/CDK).
  • Direct AI coding agents by defining specifications and context, validating outputs, and remaining accountable for all merged code.
  • Define test strategies and review both human-written and AI-generated code.
  • Operate deployed services, including monitoring, alerting and incident resolution.
  • (Senior) Develop shared AI tooling for the team and mentor team members.

Yêu cầu

  • [Requirement]
  • Experience & Technical Foundation
  • 2+ years (Middle) or 4+ years (Senior) experience delivering production software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong in one of Go, Python, Java or Node.js, and able to work in another.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following 6 areas:• Backend and data: APIs, SQL/NoSQL, data pipelines, message queues
  • Cloud and Infrastructure as Code
  • DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, Linux
  • Testing and test automation
  • Production operations: monitoring, troubleshooting
  • Security: secure coding, IAM, secrets management
  • AI-Augmented Engineering
  • Solid computer science fundamentals, sufficient to critically evaluate AI-generated output.
  • Uses AI coding tools beyond autocomplete: breaks down tasks and verifies output.
  • Mindset & Communication
  • Strong sense of ownership, with accountability for results in production rather than code delivery alone.
  • Adapts to a broad scope and fast pace, and works smarter with tools rather than extended working hours.
  • Ability to explain technical matters clearly to clients in business terms.
  • Professional English communication skills, spoken and written; Japanese is an advantage.
  • Experience with data pipelines (Airflow, dbt, BigQuery/Snowflake) or LLM-based agent systems (tool calling, RAG, evaluation).
  • Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or Datadog.
  • Experience building AI tooling for teams, such as MCP servers, custom agents or skill libraries.
  • Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or security certifications.
  • This role may not be the right fit if you prefer to specialize in a single layer of the system, work primarily from detailed specifications, or avoid direct communication with clients.
