Content preparation: Support marketing and communication content for company websites, social media, and other channels in line with approved plans.
Research and ideation: Gather insights and propose content ideas aligned with target audiences and business priorities.
Design support: Assist in creating visuals, short videos, and event or training materials under brand guidance.
Lead coordination: Accurately record, classify, transfer, and track potential customer leads according to company processes.
Event support: Help prepare materials, gifts, and logistics, and support on-site activities for conferences, seminars, training, and company events.
All responsibilities are performed under supervision, with a focus on accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to company guidance.
