Tổng quan

  • Establish, propose and implement policies, procedures, standards and tools of ORM at VPB SMBC FC
  • Update and improve regulations as well as tools, indicators of ORM
  • Establish, propose and implement policies, procedures, standards and tools relevant to fraud management, Third Party Risk & agent code management.
  • Develop Policies of Business Continuity Management (BCM) in line with strategy, Risk management framework and Operational risk management policy of VPB SMBC FC.
  • Cooperate with Business Unit review and assess current key process, activities of VPB SMBC FC as well as new/ update processes and initiatives before launching, to ensure key risks be identified and have proper risk controls.
  • Collect OR incidents, works with Business Unit assess severity, impacts of risk events and ensure having proper risk mitigation plan.
  • Be responsible reports related to fraud management and operational risk management for BOM, BOD, Risk Committee.
  • Organize the periodic meetings of ORM Council and Anti Fraud Council.
  • Cooperate with third party management unit to carry out due diligence check before signing cooperation contract as well as monitoring implementation of BU in Third Party Risk Management regulation.
  • Build and manage process, system to receive, investigate suspicious fraudulent/fraud complaints in credit granting process at VPB SMBC FC.
  • Organize the investigation process, cooperate with Security Center to complete investigation report, then confirm fraud and loss (if any), suggest necessary actions to handle fraud cases.
  • Coordinate with Security Center and relevant Units to finalize fraud handling measures, ensure properly handling any case having violation or fraudulence.
  • Organize implementing system, process and alert tools to prevent and detect fraudulent activities in lending and credit card transactions.
  • Develop and implement procedures for eKYC verification to prevent the identity fraud and comply with anti-money laundering in lending activities.
  • Work with vendor and related units to enhance solutions supporting for continuous quality enhancement on eKYC verification to prevent identity fraud.
  • Organize monitoring and controlling quality of Facial Recognition check and eKYC process, response issues found in process for continuously improvement.
  • Cooperate with related units to implement the screening against AML list on customers during lending process and reporting as regulation.
  • Control quality of suspicious card transaction verification during monitoring process.
  • Monitor activities on suspicious fraudulent devices & make necessary calls with customers to collect investigation information.
  • Monitor transaction approval and authentication process, cooperate with related units to implement necessary actions to support compliance on card transaction authorization and authentication within assigned scope.
  • Develop tools, rules, indicators to detect and prevent fraud related to card transactions and mobile apps.
  • Establish, propose and implement framework, policies, procedures, standards and tools of information risk management
  • Coordinate with relevant Units to define and set up the matrix of access rights for all information systems, database of VPB SMBC FC.
  • Control risk of the movement of information, data for both within VPB SMBC FC and to outside.
  • Regularly or irregularly implement information risk assessment.
  • Supervise staffs of Center
