- Communication & Translation
- Translate documents, requirements, and emails between Korean and Vietnamese.
- Interpret during online and offline meetings with Korean stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and prevent misunderstandings between both teams.
- Project Support
- Work with the Project team to clarify requirements from Korean clients for the development team.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Assist the PM with project planning and schedules.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build and keep a good working relationship with Korean clients.
- Receive feedback, collect change requests.
