Tổng quan

  • Oversee end-to-end import operations, including bookings, documentation, customer service, cost control, and full P&L accountability.
  • Lead and mentor the Import team (comprising documentation and customer service staff). Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and actively support their professional growth.
  • Manage relationships with overseas agents and logistics providers; develop and expand strategic partnerships to strengthen the company’s global import network.
  • Spearhead pricing strategies, lead rate negotiations, and implement initiatives to drive profitability improvement.
  • Ensure strict compliance with international regulations, trade laws, and local customs procedures.
  • Generate and analyze comprehensive reports on profit, cost, team performance, and operational efficiency
  • II. Authority
  • Represent the company in negotiating and executing commercial agreements, logistics service provider contracts, and key operational documentation.
  • Act as the key liaison with functional authorities (Customs, Port & Airport Authorities, etc.) and strategic partners to resolve critical operational issues efficiently.
  • Exercise decision-making authority on departmental staffing and personnel matters within assigned management scope.
  • Oversee departmental budget allocation and authorize internal administrative contracts (procurement, facility management, company events, etc.).
  • Formulate, standardize, and enforce operational procedures and regulations aligned with the Board of Directors' strategic directives.
