Monitor and follow up on customer payments, and collect the necessary Letter of indemnity to facilitate the issuance of B/L, and issue invoice.
Coordinate with relevant parties to expedite the resolution of pending matters related to B/L issuance.
Education & Background
Bachelor's degree from a college or university
Preferred majors: Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics
Skills & Competencies
Working experience is not requried. Fresh graduate is welcome *********
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good in English
Strong organizational and time management skills

Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions
